EcoLab forced a tanker truck driver to drive 80 to 90 hours a week, in violation of federal law, and when his exhaustion contributed to an accident, EcoLab demoted and then fired him, Kevin Crawford claims in Chicago Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: United Parcel Service, in Jefferson Parish Court, Gretna, La.; Trans Florida Development Corp., in Miami Federal Court; and Global Link Systems, in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court.
