Fremont Toyota fired its finance manager for complaint about the dealership's systematic refusal to disclose required information to customers, Kyle Firchner claims in Alameda County Court, Hayward.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Bank of America, and Smart & Final, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Aramark, and Wackenhut, in Orange County Superior Court, Calif.; Hudson News Co., in Chicago Federal Court; Carey of Houston, in Houston Federal Court; Royal Caribbean Cruises, in Miami Federal Court; Babcock & Wilcox Technical Services Pantex, in Amarillo Federal Court; and M/I Homes Inc., in Tampa Federal Court.
