A porter claims Onesource Family Services and Jazz at Lincoln Center racially discriminated and fired him to retaliate for his complaints of a swastika drawn on his locker and a noose being hung in the workplace, in Bronx County Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Washington Mutual Bank, in Albuquerque Federal Court; Carmenita Ford Truck Sales, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Cemex, in Alameda County Court, Oakland; 3 Day Blinds, in Santa Barbara Superior Court; 3P Delivery, in Portland, Ore., Federal Court; Florida Concrete Unlimited, and Roadway Inc., in Miami Federal Court; and KMC Corp., in Fort Lauderdale Federal Court.
