Marriott International dba Boston Marriott Long Wharf is the latest defendant to face a class-action accusing it of illegally forcing service workers to share tips with management, in Suffolk County Court, Boston.

An RN claims Rhode Island Hospital/Lifespan assistant clinical manager Robert Lambert sexually harassed her, including ejaculating in her presence, in a discrimination claim in Providence Superior Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Masco Corp., in San Diego Federal Court; Mille Fleurs, in San Diego Superior Court; Von's Grocery Co. and Safeway, Carmax Superstores, Skechers USA, Glaeser Builders, Total Renal Care, and Casa de Ceramica, in Los Angeles Superior Court; First America Carriers, in Orange County Court, Calif.; Panhandle Laundry Co., in Amarillo Federal Court; Subcontracting Concepts and Expedited Shipping Solutions, in Tampa Federal Court; Masters Express, in Miami Federal Court; Sunset Tropical Landscape, and Okeechobee Donuts, in West Palm Beach Federal Court.
