Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Arista Albums, in Brooklyn Federal Court; HSBC Bank, in Los Angeles Federal Court; Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse, in Orange County Court, Calif.; Mister Bertrand, in San Diego Superior Court; White Memorial Medical Center and Adventist Health, Turn Around Communications, and ABM Security Services, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Preferred Payment Systems Corp., in Manhattan Federal Court; Jet Express, in Dayton, Ohio, Federal Court; DHM Investments, and HSH Frankor, in Fort Lauderdale Federal Court; Fidelity Mortgage Direct Corp., and Elite Removal Service, in West Palm Beach Federal Court; and Bed Bath & Beyond, CVS Pharmacy, and Premier Builders, in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court.
