In a federal antitrust complaint, The Wackenhut Corp. claims SEIU Local 1 fixes prices for security services in downtown Chicago and forces the Building Owners and Managers Association of Chicago to refrain from hiring contractors or subcontractors who do not match the union's terms.

Waldbaum Co., in Omaha Federal Court; Suncruz Casinos & Oceans Casino Cruises, and Southern Express Stucco Systems, in Tampa Federal Court; Avalon Flooring, and A&R Architects, in Fort Pierce, Fla., Federal Court.
