Two workers claim Smith Chevrolet harassed and fired them because they refused to convert to Mormonism, in Pocatello Federal Court.

The Kushner Cos., Westminster Management, CK Bergen Associates, and their affiliates snooped on employees by putting spy cameras in a restroom and then showing the tapes, two women say in separate claims in Bergen County Court, N.J.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Smart Document Solutions, and Triad Financial Corp., in Orange County Court, Calif.; Turner's Outdoors, Hewitt Associates, and CPS Security Solutions, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Coast Courier, in Alameda County Court, Oakland; Fresh & Go. Inc. / Garden Fresh, in Chicago Federal Court; Greater Omaha Packing, in Omaha Federal Court; Bebo Tratorria and Galileo Restaurant, in DC Federal Court; Signature Cleaning Services, Filco Carting Corp., and NBC Universal & Pegasus Transport Service, in Manhattan Federal Court; Publix Super Markets, in West Palm Beach Federal Court; TMS Health LLC, and Tri-City Wood Works, in West Palm Beach Federal Court; and ETC Granite & Marble, Bestprop, Dixie Union 76, Thierry's, Ardvark, and Amoa Construction & Development, in Miami Federal Court.
