A class action against Milro Services, Brite & Fine Cleaning Corp., and others in New York County Court demands overtime for hundreds of workers who cleaned buildings at Ground Zero after Sept. 11, 2001.

A former employee claims Wendy's of San Antonio refused to respond to her complaints that co-worker Tomas Menchaca Jr. sexually harassed her, allowing him to forcibly rape her at work, in San Antonio Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Prime Flight Aviation Services, on behalf of skycaps nationwide, in Boston Federal Court; Wells Fargo Financial, in Los Angeles Federal Court; Penn Industries, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Downey Savings & Loan Association, in Orange County Court, Calif.; Bank of the West, in Alameda County Court, Oakland; DanDee Transportation, in Fresno Federal Court; Hudson News Co., in Queens County Court, N.Y.; United Sanitation, and NY One Car & Limo, in Brooklyn Federal Court; Camin Cargo Control, in Newark Federal Court; and Valley Slurry Seal Co., in Sacramento Superior Court.
