Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: IBM, in Manhattan Federal Court; Hewlett Packard, and Tarrance/Raworth Enterprises, in Houston Federal Court; Drivetime Car Sales, in Los Angeles Federal Court; Rudell Automotive Group, AT Systems West, and United Food Group, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Taco Bell Corp., in Fresno Superior Court; Wells Fargo Financial Inc., in Las Vegas Federal Court; Specialty Surfaces International and Sprinturf, in Philadelphia Federal Court; First American Corp., for age discrimination, and Data Return, in Dallas Federal Court; Simply Fashion Stores, in Birmingham, Ala., Federal Court; and Treehouse Holdings, and GFS Building Maintenance, in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court.
