An employee claims her boss at Taco Bell Corp. blew off her complaints that co-workers were sexually harassing and pawing her, allowing a co-worker to rape her in the bathroom. She demands punitive damages in Madison, Wis., Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Circuit City Stores, in San Diego Superior Court; Veolia Transportation Services, in Los Angeles Federal Court; Accent Care, and Sullivan Automotive Group, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Guardsmark LLC, in Cook County Court; and Pharmalogic Penn Ltd., in Scranton Federal Court.
