Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Central Transport International, in Los Angeles Superior Court; A.M. Ortega Construction, in San Diego Superior Court, El Cajon; Camille Productions dba Verlaine, Bardolino's Restaurant Corp., Ten Seventy One Home Corp., and JCJ Bakery Corp., in Manhattan Federal Court; Commonwealth Worldwide Chauffeured Transportation of NY, in Brooklyn Federal Court; Country Square Market, in San Francisco Federal Court; Public Storage Inc., in Atlanta Federal Court; G&J Investments dba Pappy's, in Chicago Federal Court; Danny Ontiveros Trucking, in Fresno Federal Court; Jim Fralin Construction and Frabel Construction, and Cable Television Installation Service, in Tampa Federal Court.
