United Air Lines and American Airlines cheat skycaps of tips, two class actions claim in Boston Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: MTV Networks, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Golden State Warriors, on behalf of ticket salespeople, in Alameda County Court, Oakland; the University of Washington, on behalf of "extension lecturers," in King County Court, Seattle; Masco Corp., in Los Angeles Federal Court; Starbucks, in another tip-sharing complaint, in Washington County Court, Stillwater, Minn.; Wells Fargo Financial, in Houston Federal Court; Produce Connection, Phoenix Auto Sale, Bayus Security Services, and El Beacon Bakery Café, in Miami Federal Court; and Briarwood Specialty Contractors, in Tampa Federal Court.
