Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: World Mortgage Co., in San Diego Federal Court; JP Morgan Chase & Co., in Hartford Federal Court; Wells Fargo Financial, in Denver and Boise Federal Courts; Staples, on behalf of assistant store managers, in Bridgeport, Conn., Federal Court; International Paper Co., California Pizza Kitchen, and BP Products North America, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Denny's, and California Door Corp., in Monterey County Court; Aaron Healthcare, in Philadelphia Federal Court; Bulk Express Transport, Homestead Paving Co., R.D.G. Enterprises, and Mori Painting, in Miami Federal Court; Carriage Cemetery Services, in Fort Lauderdale Federal Court; and Prime Management Group, in West Palm Beach Federal Court.
