Regions Financial Corp. cost its employees "hundreds of millions of dollars" by overinvesting their retirement money in Regions stock, according to a class action ERISA claim in Memphis Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, in San Diego Federal Court; Exxon Mobil, in Santa Barbara Superior Court; Fortune Fashion Industries, and Stock Building Supply West, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Wells Fargo Financial, in Cincinnati Federal Court; Chicago Carriage Cab Corp., in Chicago Federal Court; Norwalk Furniture Corp., in Alexandria, Va., Federal Court; Tyson Fresh Meats, in South Bend, Ind., Federal Court; Hewitt Associates, in Somerset County Court, N.J.; Camin Cargo Control, in Beaumont, Texas, Federal Court; Dillon Resources and Sunset Logistics, in Tarrant County Court, Texas; Kimball Hill Homes Florida, in Tampa Federal Court; Triple D Security Corp., in San Antonio Federal Court; and Celebrity Cruises and Royal Caribbean Cruises, in Miami Federal Court.
