A woman claims the Community Action Program of Lancaster County fired her after she reported that her boss, Michael Williams, "forced [her] to engage in sexual relations and then intimidated her to remain compliant and quiet," in Philadelphia Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Wellpoint, aka Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, for age discrimination, in Richmond, Va., Federal Court; Kellogg Co., in Memphis Federal Court; Directech dba Directech Satellite Services, in Boston Federal Court; Cargill Meat Solutions dba Beef Packers, and Orozco Trucking, in Fresno Federal Court; Wells Fargo Financial, in Atlanta Federal Court; Idea Sphere and Twinlab Corp., in Manhattan Federal Court; Roddel & Associates, in Los Angeles Superior Court; MJM Investigations, in Los Angeles Federal Court; and Watco Cos., in Oklahoma City Federal Court.
