Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Cisco Systems, in Santa Clara County Court, Calif.; Bad Boys Bail Bonds, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Ryland Homes and The Ryland Mortgage Co., in Houston Federal Court; Advance Systems, in Atlanta Federal Court; PPG Industries, in Pittsburgh Federal Court; Florida Construction Services, and Taylor Morrison Services, in Tampa Federal Court; and NMM Holdings, in Fort Lauderdale Federal Court.
