More class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants, in these courts: Stiletto Productions, Wells Fargo Bank National Association, Wireless Advocates, and On Target LLC, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Sutter Health, in Sacramento Superior Court; ExxonMobil, in Santa Barbara County Court; Flextronic, in Manhattan Federal Court; CAJ Construction, Southern Towing & Recovery, Gannaway Builders, and J&L Jewelers, in Tampa Federal Court; and Broedell Plumbing Supply, in West Palm Beach Federal Court.
