Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Securitas Security Services USA, in Chicago Federal Court; Beacon Bus Co., in Las Cruces, N.M., Federal Court; Pro-Care Home Health Services, in Sacramento Superior Court; Mr. Chow Enterprises and Wildman Group, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Boyd & Associates, and Firmenich Inc., in Orange County Court, Calif.; DeRosa Corp., for illegal tip pooling, in Milwaukee Federal Court; USG Roofing and Waterproofing, in Brooklyn Federal Court; and Porcelain Enterprises, in Miami Federal Court.
