Penney, St. Vincent Medical Center, Southern California Permanente Medical Group, The Pepsi Bottling Group, Williams Floor Covering, and Healthcare Services Group, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Expeditors International of Washington, in San Francisco Federal Court; Colson Mortgage Co., in Fort Worth Federal Court; Thompson & Harvey Transportation, in Fresno Federal Court; Halsted Communications, in Williamsport, Pa., Federal Court; Fidelity Information Corp., in Columbus, Ohio, Federal Court; La Pequeña Colombia Bakery, in Fort Lauderdale Federal Court; and Xquisite Events, and Manucy & Associates, in West Palm Beach Federal Court.
