Innovative Dining Group is accused of violating the Labor Code, in a class action in Los Angeles Superior Court.

These defendants also are accused of Labor Code violations in class actions in these courts: Menzies Aviation Group, Swissport USA and Evergreen International Airlines, in a single claim in Los Angeles Superior Court; Carpet Emporium, in Orange County Court, Calif.; Indymac Resource Inc., in Stanislaus County Court, Calif.; Choice Environmental Services, Extreme Security Group, and Ready Export Auto Brokers, in Miami Federal Court; and Brandon Electric, in Tampa Federal Court.
