Newspaper delivery drivers claim Publishers Circulation Fulfillment aka PCF violates labor laws covering minimum wage, tip sharing, independent contractors, and medical leave, in Boston Federal Court.

James Marine allowed a black employee to be racially harassed, including having a noose hung in his work area, and retaliated against anyone who complained to its human resources department, constructively firing him, the man claims in Chicago Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Citifinancial Management Corp., and American General Finance Management Corp., in San Diego Superior Court; Lewis Marenstein Wicke & Sherwin LLP, G&D Management, and Hollywood Car Wash, in Los Angeles Superior Court; LandAmerica Commonwealth Title, in St. Louis Federal Court; Jevic Transportation, for a mass layoff, in Trenton, N.J., Federal Court; Eddington Security, in Manhattan Federal Court; Urban Services of America, in Cook County Court; Compass Rose Foundation, in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court; Pompano Masonry Corp., and Ace Cash Express, in Miami Federal Court; Suffolk Construction Co., and The Boat Fleet of Lantana, in West Palm Beach Federal Court; and LG Bal-Harbour LLC, in Miami-Dade County Court.
