After an Island View Casino complained of sexual harassment, the harassment increased, the casino's security staff said they would refuse to protect her, and "20 to 30" other employees threatened "to beat her," she claims in Gulfport, Miss., Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Indymac Bancorp, and the Automobile Club of Southern California, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Indymac Resources, in Stanislaus County Court, Calif.; Language Line Services, in San Jose Federal Court; MV Transportation, and Levy Premium Foodservice, in Alameda County Court, Oakland; Consolidated Restaurant Cos., in a tip-pooling complaint in Dallas Federal Court; Carrier Corp., for a mass layoff, and DirecTV, for overtime violations, in Memphis Federal Court; Golden Café Buffet & Grill, for sexual harassment, in Lexington, Ky., Federal Court; Knockdown Contracting, and G&P Auto Wash, in Brooklyn Federal Court; D'Iteau Inc., in Broward County Court, Fort Lauderdale; Paramount Chemicals & Plastics, in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court; Yan & Yan, and Enio Aguiar Inc., in Miami Federal Court; and Regional Reporting Inc., in Fort Lauderdale Federal Court.
