Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: The HVAC Exchange, in San Diego Superior Court; Pizza Hut, and B10 Wells Fargo Bank, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Labor Ready, in Grand Rapids, Mich., Federal Court; Velocity Express, in Green Bay Federal Court; the Connecticut Department of Corrections, for gender discrimination, in Bridgeport Federal Court; Beef Northwest-Nyssa, in Multnomah County Court, Ore.; Jevic Transportation, in Burlington County Court, N.J.; and MRK Concrete, in Hillsborough County Court, Tampa.
