Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Conway Stores, in Manhattan Federal Court; Indymac Resources, in Stanislaus County Court, Modesto, Calif.; MJM Investigations, in Dallas Federal Court; Ambling Management Co., in Valdosta, Ga., Federal Court; Wallace Fondren Logging, in Mobile Federal Court; Kansas City Catering, in Wyandotte County Court, Kan.; and El Jardin Restaurant, in Houston Federal Court.
