Massapequa Public Schools and its Board of Education harassed and are trying to fire the school superintendent because they think she is a lesbian, the super claims in Central Islip, N.Y., Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: The Union League Club New York City, in Manhattan Federal Court; TIC-The Industrial Co., in Los Angeles Federal Court; Vulcan Materials Co., 3M Co., and Brink's, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Michael Kynard Logging, in Memphis Federal Court; Southwest Domestics, in Houston Federal Court; Placer Title Co., in Sacramento Superior Court; and London Bay Construction, and Colonial Roofing, in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court.
