Despite receiving a large grant to train its workers not to do it, Nassau University Medical Center continued to discriminate against black employees, six workers claim in separate complaints in Central Islip, N.Y., Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Wells Fargo Financial, in Norfolk, Va., Federal Court; Beverly Hills Porsche and Beverly Hills Audi, and Rodbat Security Services, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Rick's Cabaret International and RCI Entertainment, in Manhattan Federal Court; and Ranger Security Corp., in Miami Federal Court.
