Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Nordstrom, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Electronic Data Systems Corp., in Orange County Court, Calif.; NBC General Contractors and J.H. Fitzmaurice Inc., in a single complaint in Alameda County Court, Oakland; The Pep Boys, in Atlanta Federal Court; Phoenix Health Care, in Essex County Court, Newark; Dollar Tree Stores, on behalf of female managers, in Birmingham, Ala., Federal Court; Bluegreen Corp., in Madison, Wisc., Federal Court; and Ideal Staffing Solutions, Alitalia Airlines, Singapore Airlines and others, in a single complaint involving businesses at O'Hare International Airport, in Cook County Court.
