Navistar International cheated employees of their rights to exercise vested stock options, through "a 'blackout' period, as the result of management malfeasance," during which the options expired, a class action claims in Cook County Court.

The City of Ecorse, Mich., failed to stop its former City Clerk Gary Sammons from sexually harassing subordinates, including demanding sex from them, the United States claims in Detroit Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Securitas Security Services, and Stan Tashman & Associates, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Genesco, in Shasta County Court, Calif.; Superior Motor Coach, and Atlanta Neurological and Spine Institute, in Atlanta Federal Court; Source Pest Control, in Dallas Federal Court; G.B. Asphalt Paving, in Gainesville, Ga., Federal Court; Call-A-Head Portable Toilets, in Brooklyn Federal Court; Good Samaritan Personnel Services, in Jackson, Miss., Federal Court; Mando America Corp., in Opelika, Ala., Federal Court; Roberto Reyes Drywall, in Miami Federal Court; Drain Master of South Florida, in Fort Lauderdale Federal Court; and Riverside National Bank of Florida, and Relli Technology, in West Palm Beach Federal Court.
