Accredited Home Lenders illegally laid off more than 50 workers without notice, without paying wages or severance, and without paying them for their vested stock, a class action claims in Camden County Court, N.J.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: New Albertson's, Supervalu, and American Stores Co., in a single complaint in Los Angeles Federal Court; Liberman Broadcasting, Reliance Carpet Cushion, and Claims Bureau USA, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Johnson Controls, in King County Court, Seattle; Accredited Home Lenders, in Camden County Court, N.J.; Government Acquisitions, in Cincinnati Federal Court; KHL Memphis, in Memphis Federal Court; Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Miami, Southeast-Atlantic Beverage Corp., Domo Japones Management Group, Hollywood Imports, and BFS Retail and Commercial Operation, in Miami Federal Court; The Answer Group, and Florida Jet Aviation Cleaning Services, in Fort Lauderdale Federal Court; Palm Beach County School Board, in West Palm Beach Federal Court; and Rainmaker LLC, and Turner Construction & Development, in Tampa Federal Court.
