Schering-Plough cheated employees who invested in company stock by failing to disclose problems with its cholesterol drug, Vytorin, according to an ERISA class action in Newark Federal Court.
Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Jo-Ann Stores, Mycom North America, and County Wide Security and Training Services Corp., in Los Angeles Superior Court; Dynamic Claims Services, and Elite Security Services, in Orange County Court, Calif.; Yeager Tile Co., in Sacramento Superior Court; Pennsylvania Agency of Nurses, in Philadelphia state court; TruGreen, in Cincinnati Federal Court; The Free Enterprise System Inc. and Sodrel Truck Lines, in a single complaint in Louisville Federal Court; Sterling Casino Lines, in Orlando Federal Court; ER Urgent Care Management, in Tampa Federal Court; Ace Asphalt Industries, in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court; and Car Spa Collection, and SWC Structural, in Miami Federal Court.
