Paul Pencikowski says the Aerospace Corp. wrongfully fired him for properly doing his job of screening out wasteful military space programs, in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Marshall Durbin Food Corporation in Mississippi Federal Court; Sprinklermatic Automatic Fire Sprinklers, Bonita's Silver, Platinum Partners, Prestige Window & Door Installation, Allied Barton Security Services, Outback Steakhouse of Florida, OSI Restaurant Partners and Maddox-Joines of Miami Federal Court; Brown Group Retail in San Francisco Superior Court; Hometown Buffet in Los Angeles Superior Court; California State Automobile Association and CSAA Inter-Insurance Bureau in Alameda County Court; JNE Corporation dba Stirling House Diner in New Jersey Federal Court; DHL Express in San Francisco Federal Court; J&J Llantas Inc. in Dallas Federal Court; and Stinger Industries dba Stinger Medical in Tennessee Federal Court.
