PFF Bancorp imprudently invested employees' money in its own stock, costing them millions of dollars, according to an ERISA class action in Los Angeles Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Vector Marketing Corp., in Sacramento Superior Court; Metronomic Instruments and Honeywell International, for a mass layoff, in Camden, N.J., Federal Court; AT&T Advertising and Publishing, for age discrimination, in Detroit Federal Court; Pacific Athletic Club, and Straits Santana, in San Jose Federal Court; Central Garden & Pet Co., in Contra Costa County Court, Calif.; Action Chrysler Jeep Dodge, in Jackson, Miss., Federal Court; Signature Pools & Spas, in Broward County Court, Fla.; Certified Impound Service, and Wild Style USA, in Tampa Federal Court; Golf Star Towing, Fountain Blue Pool Service, and 3 Garnett's South, in West Palm Beach Federal Court; and Distinctive Drywall Designs, in Miami Federal Court.
