The Producers Guild of America illegally fired its membership director Grant Stoner for truthfully telling an investigator about Executive Director Vance Van Petten's sexual harassment of women, Stoner claims in Los Angeles Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: PF Construction and Capital Interiors, in Roanoke, Va., Federal Court; La Flor Products Co., in Brooklyn Federal Court; Precision Steel Works, Oceania Club, Tactical Protection Corp., Wall to Wall Residence Repairs, Imperial Paradise, and H.O.N. Construction, in Miami Federal Court; Santa Fe Development LLC, in Fort Lauderdale Federal Court; and Ratec, and Arch Angel Welding & Masonry, in Tampa Federal Court.
