Kelly Services pays less than minimum wage and stiffs workers for expenses, a class action claims in San Francisco Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: IBM, in San Diego Superior Court; GlaxoSmithKline, in Phoenix Federal Court; Allegis Group & Aerotek, in Los Angles Superior Court; Lending Tree Loans, Shield Security, and Strategic Outsourcing & Contact Security, in Orange County Court, Calif.; Mansions Catering, in New York County Court; Compumobile Tech Store, and Minzner Cleaners, in West Palm Beach Federal Court; and DG Suitor & Associates, in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court.
