Lowe's discriminates against older managers, demotes them, forces them to quit and fires them, a class action claims in Boise Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Southern California Permanente Medical Group, and Sysco Food Services of Los Angeles, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Countrywide Home Loans, in Alameda County Court, Oakland; Oregon Health & Science University, in Multnomah County Court, Portland; Coatings International dba Americoats, in Chicago Federal Court; Ryan's Steak Houses East, in Baton Rouge Federal Court; Mansions Catering, in a tipping complaint in New York County Court; and Kabir's Bakery, in Brooklyn Federal Court.
