Pacific Gas & Electric Co. stiffs employees for overtime, a class action claims in Sacramento Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Indymac Bank, Radio Shack, and Everlasting Springs, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Argent Mortgage, and Radisson Hotel, in Orange County Court, Calif.; Velocity Express Leasing, in Bergen County Court, N.J.; Palm Restaurant Inc., in Manhattan Federal Court; Iron Corp., in Fort Lauderdale Federal Court; and RCDC Inc., in Tampa Federal Court.
