Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Co., in Orange County Court, Calif.; Kavlico Corp., in Los Angeles Superior Court; Dellwood Development, in Brooklyn Federal Court; Plastipak Packaging, in Dallas Federal Court; Rosebud Restaurants, in Cook County Court; Mattress Firm, and Tarn Staffing and Whiskey J's, in Fort Pierce, Fla., Federal Court; and Velocity Express, in Tampa Federal Court.
