National Vendor Services violates the Labor Code, a class action claims in Newark Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Property and Casualty Surveys, and The Jet Strip Gentlemen's Club, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Streamline Wireless, in Chicago Federal Court; Direct Transmission Parts, in Central Islip, N.Y., Federal Court; MG Mini Gears, in Norfolk, Va., Federal Court; Sundance Professional Services, in Kansas City, Kan., Federal Court; ACP Realty Services, and E. Levy Corp., in Miami Federal Court; and Salads 7 U LLC, in West Palm Beach Federal Court.
