A class action in Mercer County Court claims the New Jersey Department of Transportation unfairly denies overtime to workers "who are disabled and/or who are on light duty."

Six women claim their U.S. Postal Service boss, Dandral Sawyer, in Colorado Springs, sexually harassed them, and Sawyer's superiors did nothing to stop it despite their repeated complaints, in Denver Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Lebhar-Friedman Inc., in Los Angeles Superior Court; Ants Software, in San Mateo County Court; Scart Communications and Horan Communications, and Singh Hospitality Group, in Central Islip, N.Y., Federal Court; Marksman Security Corp., Hollywood Chassis Corp., and Community Mortgage Network of Florida and Loan Repair USA, in Fort Lauderdale Federal Court; Screen Depot, Top Branch Environmental Services, and Laundry Time II, in West Palm Beach Federal Court; and Sammy's Kosher Meat Market of Northern Westchester, in Manhattan Federal Court.
