Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations also have been filed against these defendants: Hennessey's Tavern, in San Diego Superior Court; Paddy Murphy's dba Ecstasy Theatre, in Orange County Court, Calif.; Sitel Corp., in Birmingham, Ala., Federal Court; and Avert Security, in Indianapolis Federal Court.
