U.S. Postal Service supervisors in Reading, Pa., systematically shorted more than 150 letter carriers of wages by manipulating records, the workers claim in Philadelphia Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Aurora Loan Services / BNC Mortgage Co., in Alameda County Court, Oakland; Tyson Foods, in Birmingham, Ala., Federal Court; Sunrise Trucking, in Abilene Federal Court; Z Pizza, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Broward Health, and D Cefalu Management, in Fort Lauderdale Federal Court.
