Argent Mortgage Co. stiffed more than 150 account managers and loan processors for overtime, according to a class action in Santa Ana, Calif., Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Boise Cascade, in Multnomah County Court, Ore.; LEK/ALCAR Consulting Group, and Marriott International, in Boston Federal Court; Big Lots Stores, in New Orleans Federal Court; Centennial Communications Corp., in Fort Wayne, Ind., Federal Court; Gwinnett Sprinkler Co., in Atlanta Federal Court; Blue Hill Country Club, in Norfolk County Court, Dedham, Mass.; World Security Specialists, in Jackson, Miss., Federal Court; Ridgewood Bushwick Senior Citizens Homecare Council, and the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation, in Brooklyn Federal Court; MBCA Inc., in Chicago Federal Court; Miami House of Meats, in Miami Federal Court; Bayside Industries, Emery's Scaffolding, and All American Roofing, in Fort Lauderdale Federal Court; Wackenhut, and Heavenly Architecture, in West Palm Beach Federal Court; and Vogue Place & Maple Creek LLCs, in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court.
