Menzies Aviation Group, Evergreen International Airlines, Ironwood Management, and Swissport USA violate the Labor Code, according to class actions in Los Angeles Superior Court.
Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations also have been filed against these defendants: Verizon Northwest, in King County Court, Seattle; Fireside Bank, in Sacramento Superior Court; Chasing Unlimited/National Creditors Connection, and Volt Management/Volt Information Services, in Orange County Court, Calif.; Uncle Jack's Steakhouse Inc., in Manhattan Federal Court; Bio-Medical Applications of Florida/Fresenius Medical Care Holdings/National Medical Care, in West Palm Beach Federal Court; and Uni Taxi Service, in Gainesville, Ga., Federal Court.
