Marc Waldman, her boss at Quick Cash dba Money for Lawsuits, forced her to have sex with him, sexually pawed and harassed her, bought her a T-shirt with the slogan, "Look at my breasts when I'm talking to you," and fired her after she complained of it, a woman claims in Bronx County Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Jim Falk Motors of Beverly Hills, National Envelope Corp., Drivetime Car Sales, Telscape Communications, T&J Pizza, and Flores Sierra Contractors, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Merry Maids, in Riverside Superior Court, Calif.; Robert Half International, in San Mateo County Court; SEPTA, for alleged racial discrimination, in Philadelphia Federal Court; Uscan Restoration Group, in Manhattan Federal Court; Joseph Properties, in Jackson, Miss., Federal Court; McArthur Dairy, in Miami Federal Court; C&C Painting Contractors, and AGR Group, in Tampa Federal Court.
