Exelon Corp. fired 35 security officers at nuclear power plants in violation of collective-bargaining agreements, the United Government Security Officers of America International Union, Locals 12, 17 and 18 claim in Harrisburg Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Argent Mortgage Co., Southwest Remarketing, and FirstPlus Financial Group/Rutgers Investment Group, in Orange County Court, Calif.; Pacific Gas & Electric, in Alameda County Court, Oakland; Staples, in Brooklyn Federal Court; Haemonetics Corp., in Pittsburgh Federal Court; Infinity Spas, in Dallas Federal Court; Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority, in Atlanta Federal Court; and Bergen Discount Plus/Willis Discount Store, in Manhattan Federal Court.
