Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Circle K Stores, in Riverside Superior Court, Calif.; Butterball LLC, in Denver Federal Court; General Storage, in Newnan, Ga., Federal Court; Standard Parking Corp., in Los Angeles Superior Court; Planters Gin Company of Memphis, in Memphis Federal Court; and Express Janitorial/JRC Building Services, in Chicago Federal Court.
