Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Liberty Mutual Insurance, in Houston Federal Court; Costco, Boyd and Associates, and Parkway Oldsmobile-Cadillac-GMC Truck, in Los Angeles Superior Court; HSBC Finance Corp., in San Francisco Federal Court; National Auto Body Shop, in Brooklyn Federal Court; Seaboard Auto Corp., and Florida First Development Corp., in Tampa Federal Court.
