Preston Hood Chevrolet discriminates against black employees and against women, the EEOC says in two complaints in Gulfport, Miss., Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Discount Tire Centers, Allied Environmental Services, and Ferrellgas, in Los Angeles Superior Court; the City of San Diego, in a pension complaint in Superior Court; Visteon, in a COBRA complaint in Chicago Federal Court; Atlantic Cable Services, in Atlanta Federal Court; MBS Management Services, in Fort Worth Federal Court; and Northern Florida Recovery, in Tampa Federal Court.
