A woman claim in New Haven Federal Court that her boss at Gartner Inc., Christopher Callaghan, sexually assaulted her, made her pregnant, and fired her, and when she complained of the sexual assault to the company's human relations department, she was told it was "too bad" and "too late now."

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Ritz Carlton Westchester, in Manhattan Federal Court; Wal-Mart, Weyerhauser, and Ruan Inc. and Kings County Truck Lines, in Alameda County Court, Oakland; SAB Trucking, and Sunny Shirts Corp., in Brooklyn Federal Court; Ruggeri Marble and Granite, Nazm Group and Sater Oil International, and Coldwater Creek, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Pro's Choice Beauty Care, in San Francisco Federal Court; The University of Louisiana at Lafayette, in Baton Rouge Federal Court; Premier Automotive on Atlantic, and Fast Boys Wings Franchise, in Jacksonville Federal Court; Randstad Staffing Services, in Jackson, Miss., Federal Court; Pendleton Quick Lube, in Oxford, Miss., Federal Court.
