Cenveo claims it was crippled when its competitor, Southern Graphics Systems, induced 30 employees to quit with no notice, offering bonuses if they went to work for SGS the next day, in Minneapolis Federal Court.

Riverwalk Hospitality Group dba Microtel Inn and Suites discriminated against an employee by, among other things, sending her to a job fair and telling her, "Make sure you hire white people," Clarencinia Willis claims in Delaware Federal Court. She also sued North Star Management Group.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Wal-Mart, in Los Angeles Federal Court; Wackenhut, in Kansas City, Kan., Federal Court; Sleep Train Mattress Centers, in San Diego Federal Court; Fresh Dining, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Eagle One, in Delta, Miss., Federal Court; and Coventry Health Care, in Gulfport, Miss., Federal Court.
